Wildflower Healing IFS
Trauma-Informed Coaching

A softer way to heal
If you’ve ever wondered, “Why do I feel this way?”… you’re not alone.
At Wildflower Healing IFS, this is coaching—not therapy. It’s a gentle space to explore whatever you’re carrying—stress, self‑doubt, transitions, or simply a desire to understand yourself more deeply.

We don’t judge what’s coming up—we get curious about it. Nothing in you is “too much” or broken. There’s always a reason your system responds the way it does.
Together, we’ll slow down, listen with compassion, and make room for the parts of you that are ready to be heard.
Kind Words

"Reading through the observations from your sessions was genuinely joyful. The words that kept coming up were: attentive, compassionate, curious, warm, and welcoming. Your body language, your use of the client's language, and your ability to hold vulnerability without letting it slip past. All of it comes together into something really special."
Julia Pishko, CTCP-S, CATC-S
Co-Founder, Global Trauma Institute
"Working with Mindy has been a gift. Her attunement is remarkable — she notices the subtle shifts in language and body that most people miss, and she meets each moment with genuine compassion....She will hold a healing and encouraging space for anyone fortunate enough to work with her."

My Approach
In our work together, we'll gently explore the parts of you that learned how to survive—the anxious part, the overwhelmed part, the one trying to hold everything together, or the part still holding on to old pain.
Those parts aren’t problems—they’re trying to protect you.
Using a trauma-informed Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, we don’t judge what’s coming up—we get curious about it. We slow things down and begin to understand your inner world with more compassion and care.
If you've been carrying a lot for a long time, even if it looks like you’re managing, it can feel heavy.
All parts are welcome here.
